After almost 20 years of faithful service, my Philips Matchline TV remote control went dead.Being a die hard fan of CRT TVs ( they have superior brilliance and contrast ) I put the remote on the surgical table to see if I can coaxed it back to life.
So I spent a few hours of the weekend opening, cleaning and fixing up the problems.
