This PCB contains all the necessary knobs and interface electronics for the cameraman to operate the TV camera.
The material used to make the PCB seems to be of a lower quality from that use in the power supply PCB. This one is probably phenolic type which is a form of paper based material. The one used in the power supply PCB is glass expoxy based.
