This is the viewfinder or TV monitor mounted on top of the Sony DXC 1200P Trinicon Camera.
The screen is about 6 inch. Shown are the CRT deflection and other control circuitry.
The size of the view finder is almost the complete size of a modern Sony Handycam video camera.
