These are the electronics modules in the Wearnes VCD player.
From left, the front panel display and control, the CD tray motor, the optical pickup assembly, the AC transformer, the power supply and audio video distribution bard, the VCD video processor board ( the green board )
These boards seems to be contract manufactured and then assembled by Wearnes. The video processor board is likely a standard VCD video audio processor board used by other VCD player makers as well. It looks rather familiar to one use by people to upgrade their CD player to a VCD player.
