USB Negative ION Generator - Has mild negative ions emanating.

 The tiny SMD transistor is running hot after a while, which is typical of a single transistor oscillator circuit,  not too sure if the tiny SMD capacitors and diodes stand well to the supposedly high voltage created by the 3 stage voltage multiplier circuit.
