Dismantle a high voltage capacitor from a microwave oven. It is filled with some oil, hopefully is PCB free, has as strong odor, very difficult to wash off completely if you get some on your hand, need multiple washing with soap, alcohol hand wash seems to help more. The 10M ohm safety resistor is salvage for use in a DIY high voltage probe. The safety resistor will discharge the capacitor after the oven is switch off. The voltage can be as high as 4 KV. A dangerous voltage if you accidentally touch the capacitor or the connecting wires during servicing or dismantling. So always switch off the microwave oven before opening the cabinet for servicing.
