The electronics that convert the low voltage ac from the power tranformer to low voltage regulated DC - +12V , -12V +14 V.
Note the large filter capacitors necessary for ripple smoothing at the low mains frequency of 50 or 60 Hertz.
Two TO-5 power transistors are mounted on the aluminium base plate of the TV camera itself to handle the higher current in the +12V and -12V DC.
A simple modification would be to replace the discrete transistors with a voltage regulator ICs from the LM78xx series, but back then in the 1973 - 1974 probably the LM78xx series voltage regulators were not on the market yet. But I believe a LM323 voltage regulator IC is available around that time.
