There seems to be some dirt/corrosion around the retainer ring for the lens filter.

Also the filter seems to have suffer some form of "cataract". The whole internal surface of the filter is coated with a whitish grease like substance, much like the silicon grease use in computer cpu. Not sure if this is a result of the sealand/silicon adhesive used to fasten the filter to the round plastic ring. Note the three terminal coming out from the front - these are possibly some form of electronic shutter, or it could be the aperture grid of the trinicon.
